Directions for Use:

1. Fill the sterilizer with cold water, ensuring it's filled just below the top brim.
2. Place your already cleaned menstrual cup inside, making sure it is completely submerged in the water.
3. Without the lid, place the sterilizer in a microwave for a maximum of 2 minutes on high heat (for microwaves with a power rating of 600-1000 watts).
4. Important Note: Do not cover the cup with the lid during microwaving, as steam needs to escape.
5. After 2 minutes, carefully remove the sterilizer from the microwave.
6. Pour away the hot water and place the menstrual cup on a clean surface to dry.

Safety Precautions:

• Caution: The sterilizer will contain boiling water, and even the exterior will be extremely hot when taken out of the microwave.
• Either allow it to cool before handling or use protective oven gloves.
